We are now seeking a Demand Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and help us achieve measurable business growth.

Who are we looking for

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in demand generation and marketing automation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven expertise in campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to expand reach through creative and effective marketing strategies.

What will you do

  • Demand Generation: Execute and optimize strategies across paid media, organic channels, and email marketing to meet lead generation goals. This includes planning, managing, and optimizing our marketing channels.
  • Automation: Design, develop, and implement personalized automation workflows for customer journeys using Hubspot.
  • Optimization: Maximize deliverability rates and ensure top-tier campaign performance.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling messaging and ad copy tailored to the target audience at every stage of the prospect journey.
  • Organic Growth: Support SEO efforts through our SEO agency to distribute content and optimize organic search strategies.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage segmented email campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Data Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies to enhance performance.

What You Will Bring:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in demand generation or revenue marketing 
  • 2+ years of experience In email marketing and managing marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc. – Must-Have.
  • Proven track record of creating, optimizing, and managing successful paid demand-generation campaigns – Must-Have.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, execute, and analyze successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights, and lead with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a knack for taking initiative – Must-Have.
  • A creative approach to developing marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, with great organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a SaaS B2B industry, working in cybersecurity is an advantage.
