Who are we looking for
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in demand generation and marketing automation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven expertise in campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to expand reach through creative and effective marketing strategies.
What will you do
- Demand Generation: Execute and optimize strategies across paid media, organic channels, and email marketing to meet lead generation goals. This includes planning, managing, and optimizing our marketing channels.
- Automation: Design, develop, and implement personalized automation workflows for customer journeys using Hubspot.
- Optimization: Maximize deliverability rates and ensure top-tier campaign performance.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling messaging and ad copy tailored to the target audience at every stage of the prospect journey.
- Organic Growth: Support SEO efforts through our SEO agency to distribute content and optimize organic search strategies.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage segmented email campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Data Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies to enhance performance.
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of proven experience in demand generation or revenue marketing
- 2+ years of experience In email marketing and managing marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc. – Must-Have.
- Proven track record of creating, optimizing, and managing successful paid demand-generation campaigns – Must-Have.
- Demonstrated ability to create, execute, and analyze successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights, and lead with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive attitude with a knack for taking initiative – Must-Have.
- A creative approach to developing marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented, with great organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a SaaS B2B industry, working in cybersecurity is an advantage.
